Better integration error alerts and automatic refund failure notices

Third-party integrations now more accurately detect and separate missing configuration options from rejected API credentials, surfacing these issues as clear alerts in the admin panel and automatically clearing them upon a successful sync. Additionally, order trackers run independently so that a failure in one integration does not block others. Finally, when an automatic order refund fails, the system now triggers a persistent admin alert until a manual refund is processed.
