Fixed-term subscription fees and automated manual order closing

You can now configure fixed-term subscription fees and memberships with defined durations in days or months. These fees automatically require a single payment without renewals and complete on their end date via a daily background task. Additionally, the orders API now supports closing orders automatically when recording manual payments to quickly fulfill offline-paid memberships and prevent duplicate active purchases.
