List shipping tables for a shop

Returns shipping tables configured for the shop, with their shipping options.

Each option has a rate_mode that says how its price is computed (amounts in cents):

• flat: base_rate.
• by-weight: base_rate plus the shipping_rates range matching the order weight (to in grams).
• by-distance: base_rate plus rate_per_km for every km between origin and destination.
• by-stretch: base_rate plus the shipping_rates range matching the distance (to in km). rate_per_km only controls what happens over the last range (1 keeps the last rate, higher values charge that per extra km).
• by-weight-step: base_rate plus rate_per_weight_step for every started weight_step_in_gr grams of the order (e.g. 500 per 250 g: a 251 g order pays 1000). It has no shipping_rates.
