`POST /orders/{id}/refund`

**Request body** (`application/json`, required)

- `amount` (integer) — Refund amount in cents
- `description` (string)
- `reason` (string)
- `authorization_code` (string) — Reference code for manual refunds
- `manual` (boolean) — Skip the payment gateway and record the refund directly
