Sends a password-reset email to the customer's address.
Returns 200 even if the email is not found, to avoid user enumeration.
Use the 422 response only for missing `shop_id`.

`POST /customers/reset_password`

**Request body** (`application/json`, required)

- `shop_id` (integer, required)
- `email` (string, required)

- `200` — Reset email sent (or silently ignored if not found)
